Stafford BC propose to deliver:
- 10,700 new homes inc. 6,200 approved and 4,500 on new sites at existing settlements: Meecebrook and Stafford Station Gateway
- 90 hectares of new employment land including two new proposed sites
- 19 new designated Local Green Spaces 2 Countryside Enhancement Areas

- Renewable and low carbon energy infrastructure
- Sustainable transport and parking
- Protecting natural and heritage assets
- Delivering high quality design
- Support for home working and the development of small businesses in residential and rural areas
